CHILDREN'S SLEEPOVER PARTIES
FAQ
Complete the Booking Form and if we have availability, we’ll send a confirmation email and invoice you 50% of the party fee as deposit to secure the date. Payment will be accepted via BACS or PayPal. The full balance is then due 14 days before the party date, unfortunately if we do not receive your full balance at least 10 days prior to set up date you will lose your deposit and party booking. Don’t worry we’ll send you reminders.
To set up, we make contact a week before the party date to arrange timings with you, obtain the names of the party guests for the personalised chalk boards and obtain any necessary directions.
We have measured up the space you need for one tepee and matress. The width is 114cm x length of 180 cm. Please ensure you have measured up the space for your event.
We think 6+ is a good age for the overnight sleepovers.
We host children's sleepover parties in Newcastle, Ponteland & Gateshead. We are located in NE15 and offer free delivery and setup if you live in a 10 mile radius.

Everything included in the package will be delivered and set up on the day then packed away and collected the following day, unless you create a 2 day booking. At the point of booking we discuss a convenient time for us to come to your home on each day.

Unfortunately not. These tents were lovingly hand made by us with the intention of them being for indoor use only.
They are also not waterproof
We love to add lots of accessories to make each party look really special but it means we have a large amount of kit to transport, carry in and set up. This unfortunately means that we are not able to accept bookings in restricted areas or flats, apartments or any other property where there are steps or any type of restrictions.
The tent covers are all removable and washable. All bedding is laundered after each use. Trays and other items are cleaned and disinfected after each use.
We don’t sell the teepee tents, they are available as part of the hire package only.
Our fairy lights and light box are battery operated.

Accidents happen, we know that. Due to the nature of our business we take great care in looking after our party supplies and ensuring they are supplied in fantastic condition. Should an incident occur where any of our supplied items get damaged there will be a charge for replacements. Please read our terms and conditions for more detailed information on this.
Yes, we have £1million public liability insurance.
No, we simply deliver and set up all the equipment and accessories and take down and collect the following day.
